In order to make a withdrawal request, log into your account first and click on your balance. Next, you need to tap the "Withdrawal" button as illustrated below.

In the following window, select the method you wish to withdraw with from the left menu and follow the directions step by step by entering the information such as the required account number and the withdrawal amount.

After completing the transactions, you can follow the status of your withdrawal request by entering the "Pending Withdrawals" section by going to My Account > Pending Withdrawals. Here you can also cancel your Withdrawal Requests.

If you do not see your withdrawal request in this list, then it is approved. We advise you to check your account occasionally for updates.
